The Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) is a non-profit trade organization composed of member companies representing the international specialty fabrics market. Our History<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

On September 12, 1912, fourteen tent and awning manufacturers gathered at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver and founded the National Tent & Awning Association.\n\nManufacturers sought to protect their trade association to establish standard canvas specifications and fair pricing.
