The American Exploration & Mining Association (AEMA) is an effective and proactive advocate for the North American mining community.It successfully influences the outcomes of political dialogue, develops effective strategies for working with key elected officials, responds to industry and regulatory issues, strengthens and coordinates industry responses, and mobilizes grassroots action. The mining industry provides the mineral resources necessary for making phones, producing automobiles, advancing medical technology, protecting national security, and much more. Green energy, critical infrastructure, and the future of manufacturing all depend on mining. If it cannot be grown, it must be mined.
