Supports Offered by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey

The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey carries out export support activities under two main headings: for cooperation organizations and for companies. These include financial assistance such as obtaining market entry documents, foreign trademark registration, preparing market entry projects, as well as special programs such as brand promotion, participation in domestic and international fairs, acquisition of foreign companies or brands, and development of global supply chains.

Development of International Competitiveness Project Supports

UR-GE (Uluslararası Rekabetçiliğin Geliştirilmesinin Desteklenmesi), firmaların uluslararası pazarlarda daha rekabetçi hale gelmelerini sağlamak amacıyla Ekonomi Bakanlığı tarafından yürütülen bir programdır. Bu destek kapsamında, işbirliği kuruluşlarının UR-GE projeleri için yapacakları ihtiyaç analizi, eğitim, danışmanlık ve tanıtım faaliyetlerinin giderleri %75 oranında desteklenir. Ayrıca, projelerin kümelenme anlayışı temelinde planlanması ve uygulanması teşvik edilir. Bir firma, en fazla 3 UR-GE projesinde yer alabilir ve projelerin süresi 3 yıldır, performansa bağlı olarak 2 yıl daha uzatılabilir.

Export Consortium Supports

İhracat konsorsiyumları, küresel pazarlara ihracat yapmayı hedefleyen firmalar için önemli bir araçtır. Bu destekle, ihracat konsorsiyumlarının pazarlama, pazar araştırması, rapor satın alma, danışmanlık ve eğitim faaliyetleri giderleri 5 yıl süresince %50 oranında desteklenir. İhracat konsorsiyumu statüsü için asgari 5 milyon TL ödenmiş sermayeye sahip ve en az 3 şirketin ortaklığı ile kurulmuş şirketler başvurabilir.

Market Entry Report Supports

Pazara giriş raporu desteği, işbirliği kuruluşlarının yurt dışı pazarlara giriş stratejilerini belirlemeleri amacıyla sektör, ülke veya marka odaklı rapor satın alma giderlerini %50 oranında destekler. Bu destekten, Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM), Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği (TOBB) gibi belirlenen işbirliği kuruluşları yararlanabilir.

Bu destekle, işbirliği kuruluşları tarafından düzenlenen sektörel ticaret ve alım heyeti faaliyetlerine ilişkin ulaşım, konaklama, tanıtım ve organizasyon giderleri %50 oranında desteklenir. Hedef ülkelere ve sektörlere yönelik ilave puan uygulamaları ile destek oranları artırılabilir.

Bu destek, geleneksel ticaret heyeti organizasyonlarının yanı sıra dijital platformlarda gerçekleştirilen pazarlama faaliyetlerini de kapsar.

Design Organization Supports

Tasarım organizasyonu desteği, işbirliği kuruluşlarının tasarım kültürünün yaygınlaştırılması ve Türk tasarımcıların yurt içi ve yurt dışı pazarlarda tanıtılması amacıyla gerçekleştirecekleri sergi, bienal, tasarım fuarı, tasarım yarışması organizasyonlarına ilişkin giderleri %50 oranında destekler.

Turquality Promotion Project Supports

Turquality Tanıtım Projesi Destekleri, ihracatı artırmayı hedefleyen firmaların yurt dışı pazarlarda tanıtım, danışmanlık, pazar araştırması çalışmaları ve raporlarına yönelik giderlerini, proje başına en az bir en fazla dört yıl süresince %75 oranında destekler.

Application Process

Application processes for support programs usually involve applications to the relevant ministries or institutions within a certain period of time after the end date of the activity. Applications are made electronically through the Support Management System (SMS) with detailed document and information requirements.
